S9 Sundeck Insert Taking their already super-comfortable S9 insert, Assos have made improvements to make it lighter, cooler and minimise its footprint, all to enhance comfort still further.  The first improvement is what Assos call the Sundeck Superlight. This is a luxuriously soft front panel that increases airflow while eliminating pressure in this most sensitive area. Then comes Assos' whirlKrater. Again this is all about airflow, with copious perforations added throughout the insert, creating a whirlwind of cooling airflow. What hasn't changed is the odour-resistant top sheet for all-day freshness. You also retain the benefits of 9mm shock-absorbing foam, taking the buzz out of rougher roads. 3D Waffle inserts keep bulk low and allow more air circulation. And Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation. Lastly, there's the goldenGate.
