The Purge 4 Movie Collection
Welcome to an America where citizens are allowed one night a year to commit any crime unhindered ... and they don't miss the chance! In The Purge, a family must resort to drastic measures to defend themselves from the onslaught of bloodthirsty killers who will stop at nothing. In "The Purge: Anarchy", chaotic events bring together five strangers who desperately try to survive the night of pure anarchy. In "The Purge: Election Year", when a candidate in the race for the US presidency announces her intention to abolish the night of crime, she is targeted by vengeful gangs through a devious betrayal. "The First Purge" looks back at the genesis of the night of the Purge: what began as a sociological experiment by America's new founding fathers suddenly turns into pure murderousness, and the bloody ritual takes its course ...Twelve hours of absolute lawlessness and nerve-wracking action - now in the ultimate Movie Collection with all four "The Purge" films in one collection!- Shop: odax

Erotic Stories from the Space Capsule
The debut LP from local lady quartet No Mas Bodas unspools like a cosmic love letter. As such, the release party for Erotic Stories From the Space Capsule includes a wedding ceremony in which all four members eternally commit themselves to one another. If that sounds strange, musically their tastes follow suit, adding cello, sax, xylophone, harp, and beats from Sheila Scoville's 'magic box' to Sarah Malika's guitar. Sonia Saxon's cello on 'Night Ships' and elsewhere creeps through Erotic Stories like a ghost, but Kristina Boswell's operatic vocals on 'Celestial Alleyways' and electro-psych brain massage 'Floating' balance the dread with more melody. With the exception of straightforward closer 'From the Sea,' NMB drifts through the same amorphous electronic clouds as the Residents and Tuxedomoon. In less capable hands, this mix could be a mess, but this marriage knows interstellar ambience. -Austin Chronicle.- Shop: odax

Canadian Scenes, Vol. I
The seeds for this CD were sown quite some time ago when I first started to perform songs by Canadian songwriters as well as write and perform my own music. But somehow the courage was not there yet to commit them to "vinyl". It feels wonderful to be able to express myself in this way and also to honour the rich talents of other Canadian composers. Music is ultimately about story-telling and so I hope you enjoy these musical tales.- Shop: odax
