The League of Gentlemen TV Series Collection, Hörbuch, Digital, 270min
Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith star in a compilation from the smash hit BBC TV series. "This is a local shop for local people. There's nothing for you here!" Welcome to Royston Vasey! Your visit coincides with: Herr Lipp's German exchange visit! Papa Lazarou's freak show! A nosebleed epidemic! In a selection of episodes from series two of the award-winning black comedy, Reenie and Vinnie are in charge of the charity shop, Tubbs and Edward are looking to find a 'no-tail' mate for son David and friendly butcher Hilary Briss is holding a soiree for patrons of his 'special stuff'. In Series Three, Pauline is released from HMP Clitclink and harbours dreams of running her own pen shop, joke peddlar Lance regrets dabbling in the murky world of illegal body parts and Geoff travels to London to become a stand-up comedian. So welcome to town. You'll never leave.... Note: You may be wondering why we have not included episodes from series one of the TV series in this collection. This is because many of the sketches that formed the basis of the first TV series are published in The League of Gentlemen's original BBC Radio series, On the Town with the League of Gentlemen. Although they were reworked a little for television, the series one audio of these sketches is similar enough to their radio counterparts that we have not included them in this TV series compilation. The Seduction of the Innocents: An Investigative Look at Ghostly Sexual Encounters, the Old Hag, Succubi and Incubi , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 151min
An exploration of the bizarre and terrifyingly erotic side of the paranormal The news has been full of stories of women having sex with ghosts recently - from pop stars to those who seek the erotic pleasure of their own personal succubus or incubus, ghost sex is on the rise. One woman recently claimed on UK TV to have given up men in favor of sex with ghosts! Best-selling paranormal and occult author G. Michael Vasey investigates these and other accounts of sex with ghosts and other entities using real encounter stories, personal experiences, and historical accounts. Sleep paralysis is the scientific explanation for these "hallucinations" that occur on awakening when the mind is awake but the body still asleep. Yet, too many encounters with these erotic night terrors leave marks, or are observed by others or the experiencer themselves - even when wide awake. Are these entities night watchers waiting for their opportunity to gain energy from your fear or from your sexual energy? Among the topics covered are: The old hag - a terrifying, rotting, old female witch or hag that throughout history, has menaced humanity with paralysis, fear, and strangulation Succubi/incubi - demons that force themselves upon sleeping humans and engage in sex with unwilling human participants Terrifying shadow people that appear at the bedside or in the bedroom of an awakening person For some, the old hag transitions into a sexual experience with an entity, for others the shadow that watches them at night from a wardrobe or the corner of their bedroom is what keeps them awake and unable to sleep. A product of sleep paralysis? Or something more sinister? Go on, terrify yourself. ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Brian Ackley. My Haunted Life: Scary True Ghost Stories , Hörbuch, Digital, ungekürzt, 81min
An Amazon supernatural best seller - My Haunted Life - true tales of demons, ghosts, evil, and things that go bump in the night.... If you enjoy creepy true tales about ghosts, demons, and the paranormal then this book is for you. This is just the book you were looking for, but never found, at Halloween. An excerpt - To my utter amazement, the windows behind me suddenly rattled and with a loud cracking noise, blew wide open. A rush of air entered the flat, blowing her hair back and scattering the pile of poems all around the room. Her eyes, probably like mine, widened in total shock and awe. Then, the pièce de résistance, the huge paper Leonardo Da Vinci "Last Supper" picture, pinned to the wall with pins, suddenly billowed off from that wall behind her, passed over her head and landed on the coffee table in front of her. It actually flew against the wind from the window to get there. Another - We both watched as the figure turned its head disturbed, stood up and then glided over and out through the wall. Another - Then, the first footstep and creak of the bottom stair. My heart was beating as if to burst. Another long sigh and another step. Another - The figure was now so close to me that I could see its appalling face - a skull with dark eye sockets. This book is a collection of true events - all strange and all are true. When people say that "fact is stranger than fiction" - they aren't joking. My Haunted Life - the first in a creepy three-part series by the host of My Haunted Life Too website, G. Michael Vasey...keep the lights on! ungekürzt. Language: English. Narrator: Alan Philip Ormond. Audio sample: https://samples.audible.de/bk/acx0/055586/bk_acx0_055586_sample.mp3.
